Baylor falls to UConn in NCAA semifinal

SAN ANTONIO (BP)--Baylor couldn't overcome Connecticut's Maya Moore, who scored 34 points in the Huskies' 70-50 win April 4 in the NCAA women's Final Four matchup.

The win was the 77th in a row for Connecticut, who plays Stanford April 6 in the championship game.

Morghan Medlock led the Lady Bears with 14 points. Baylor finishes the season 27-10.
